Kraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sausage (regular or hot)
1/4 c. onion
1 (14 oz.) pkg. kraut, drained well
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
3 Tbsp. milk
1/3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook crumbled sausage and onions until brown.
Remove from heat and drain grease.
Squeeze kraut between paper towels and snip kraut into 1-inch pieces.
