Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen spinach
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach; squeeze out most of the water.
    Saute onion in butter; add to the spinach with the cream cheese until melted. Add cooked rice if desired.
