Beef Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 c. fresh snow peas
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat until hot. Beat egg and pour in hot skillet. Cook 1 minute or until firm. Remove and cut into strips. In same skillet, cook ground beef, mushrooms and celery over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Stir soy sauce mixture into ground beef mixture. Add pea pods, onions, cooked eggs and cooked rice. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
