Scrumptious Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip whipped topping
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. peeled, chopped apple
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/3 c. walnut pieces
1 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Grease a
9
x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with a fork.
Gently fold in next 3 ingredients, 1/4 cup
of the
corn
syrup,
and
the cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. Spread
evenly
in
pan.
Mix
remaining corn syrup, walnut pieces and margarine.
Spoon evenly over batter.
Bake in a
350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool in pan.
