South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta, cubed
    16 oz. can tomatoes, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add cheese and tomatoes; stir until cheese is melted.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips.
