Richmond Goulash (1930) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 minced onion
    1 c. tomato soup
    1 lb. round steak, ground, or lean hamburger
    1 slight can water
Preparation
    Stir minced onion in an iron frying pan with meat.
    As it cooks, pour off any fat.
    Add soup and water.
    Cook until done (about 5 minutes).
    Pour over toast or an English muffin.
