Sour Cream-Chocolate Bit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. each: soda and cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
Preparation
    Mix butter with the 1 cup sugar until blended, then beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Stir flour with baking powder, soda and cinnamon, then blend with creamed mixture.
    Mix in the sour cream. Pour batter into a greased, floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Scatter the chocolate bits evenly over the batter, then sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of sugar.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until cake just begins to pull away from sides of pan.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
