Cashew Chicken(A Springfield, Mo Trademark) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in quarter sized chunks
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    flour
    salt and pepper
    peanut oil
    oyster sauce
    1/2 c. cashews
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    rice, cooked
Preparation
    Flour chicken and let set 15 minutes.
    Beat eggs with milk. Add salt and pepper.
    Add chicken.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Remove and roll in flour again.
    Deep fry in hot peanut oil.
