German Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Idaho potatoes
    3/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins in boiling water until tender. Dry over pan.
    Peel and rice.
    Cool.
    In bowl combine and blend the potatoes, flour,eggs and salt.
    Shape into balls, lower into salted, simmering water.
    Cook 10-12 minutes.
    Remove and drain.
