Goddess Cashew Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Green Goddess salad dressing
    1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped
    3/4 c. cashews
    6 small tomatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs (if desired)
Preparation
    In large bowl combine chicken, celery, green pepper, onion, pimento and salt; toss lightly.
    In small bowl, gently fold dressing into whipped cream. Combine chicken-vegetable mixture and dressing, tossing lightly.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, add cashews.
