Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. kraut, drained
1/2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
Pimento may be added for color.
