Steak And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    3 c. water
    2 pkg. George Washington or beef bouillon
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Cut off fat.
    Brown meat on both sides; drain off all grease.
    Add water and seasoning. Cook 1 hour or more.
    Check water; if low, add more water.
    Meat should be covered.
