Can'T Fail Light Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. soft shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Add shortening, sugar, eggs and salt.
Add 4 cups of flour.
Stir and then beat until smooth. Stir in 2 cups flour and beat again.
Add remaining 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour and stir.
This will be a soft dough.
Cover tightly and let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and shape into rolls or loaves of bread.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for rolls or at 400\u00b0 for loaves.
