Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 medium diced onion
    1/2 stick butter
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in microwave dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap; cook for 3 to 4 minutes only.
    In medium bowl, pour milk, cheese, soup and 1/2 stick melted butter or oleo.
    Stir together. Sprinkle salt and pepper in soup mixture and pour over potatoes. Add grated Cheddar cheese.
    Re-cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.
