Noodles(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (beat lightly)
    1/2 egg shell of milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    Enough flour to make stiff dough
Preparation
    Roll dough very thin.
    Roll like jellyroll, cut in thin strips.
    Shake out on board or table to dry.
    Maybe cooked fresh or dry.
    Can be frozen.
