Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    2 cans cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 jar pimento
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter; add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Ten minutes before done, add cheese and complete baking.
