Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless fish (cod)
    12 c. raw cubed potatoes
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    6 Tbsp. flour
    parsley for green
    3 c. chopped onion
    3 tsp. salt
    6 c. regular milk
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, onions, carrots, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes, then stir in fish.
    Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in 4 cups of milk and evaporated milk until smooth.
    Blend remaining milk with flour and stir into chowder.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Garnish with parsley before serving.
    Serves 12.
