English Muffin Loaves(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour and the rest of the dry ingredients. Heat liquids in microwave oven to 125\u00b0.
    Add heated liquids to dry mixture and beat well.
    Stir in the rest of the flour (1 1/2 to 2 cups) to make a thick batter.
    Pour into 2 glass loaf pans that have been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Sprinkle tops of dough with cornmeal and cover.
    Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
    Microwave each loaf on High power for 6 1/2 minutes (no longer).
    Turn a half of turn after 3 minutes.
    Surface of loaf will be moist, flat and pale in color.
    Allow to rest 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Slice thin and toast.
