Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can salmon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. skim milk
1 slice bread
1 large egg white
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pan spray small casserole.
Rinse and drain salmon.
Remove bones.
Heat milk and crumble bread into it. Stir.
Stir in salt and salmon.
Beat egg white until stiff; fold into salmon mixture.
Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes. Serves 4.
