Mock Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    8 to 10 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and shape patties.
    Wrap bacon around (close bacon ends with toothpick).
    Broil until well done.
    Yield: 6 patties.
