Bell House Anchovy Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1 rib celery
1/2 medium onion
1-2 Tbsp. salad mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 -1 tsp. Accent
1 (2 oz.) can anchovies and oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
3 eggs
2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except eggs and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Blend well and add salad oil, 1/4 cup at a time.
Makes 1 quart of dressing.
