Friday Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. raw rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut in chunks
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, add ingredients in order given.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring at first.
    Serves 4.
