Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk (1/2 tsp. vinegar added to 1 c. milk)
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk and beat with mixer.
Add dry ingredients and beat well with mixer.
Stir in zucchini last by hand.
Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
