Captain Chuck'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 grams flour
    200 grams butter
    100 ml. sugar
    5 ml. salt
    250 ml. milk
    50 grams yeast
    extra sugar and cinnamon
    powdered sugar and water
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix together with flour, sugar, salt, milk and yeast.
    Knead well and let sit until yeast is active.
    Roll flat and cover surface with cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll flat dough into a log with cinnamon and sugar on the inside.
    Cut log roll into round pieces.
    Lay pieces on their sides on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
