Celery Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. onions
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Cook celery and onions until tender.
    Reserve juice.
    In mixing bowl, add celery, onions, eggs, salt, a dash of pepper and Bisquick.
    Add juice to make a medium batter.
    Drop by tablespoon in skillet that has about 1/2-inch of oil.
