Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 tomatoes
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. (15 to 20) jalapenos
    cumin
    salt
    chili powder
    garlic salt
    dry mustard
Preparation
    Boil tomatoes for 2 to 3 minutes; rinse with cold water and remove peels.
    Boil peeled tomatoes, vinegar and 1/2 cup water for 1 hour or until desired softness.
    Mash tomatoes; add onion and jalapenos and spices.
    Pour in pint jars and seal.
    Makes 3 pints.
