Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rolled oats
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix together oats and buttermilk.
Beat in sifted dry ingredients; add beaten eggs.
Bake on greased griddle and serve with favorite toppings.
Makes 12 (4-inch) pancakes.
