Poulet De Normandie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. bread stuffing
1 stick softened margarine
1 c. chicken stock
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix the first three ingredients together lightly.
Put half of mixture in a buttered 12 x 8-inch casserole.
Mix the next 5 ingredients.
Put over bread mixture in casserole.
Top with remaining bread mixture.
Beat eggs and milk; pour over casserole. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
