Greek Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
    1 container (8oz) plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed (crushed)
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    Vegetable sticks
Preparation
    Place spinach in a sieve;
    press out as much liquid as possible.
