Shrimp Cocktail With Tangy Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Boil shrimp and drain.
    Cook for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
