Ingredients

1 pkg. noodles
2 to 3 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar or substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
4 or 5 eggs, beaten
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or oleo, sliced
sprinkle of coconut (optional)
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add noodles, raisins, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour in large baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife in center comes out clean.
Sometimes I add chopped nuts when mixing.
