Gallon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. curly macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 c. chopped peppers (red and green)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all together and let set in refrigerator overnight.
