Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. sliced peaches
    2 c. sugar
    2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot nectar
Preparation
    Peel peaches and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Mash peaches and add.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Makes 1/2 gallon of ice cream.
