Egg Mcburross - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    egg
    English muffin
    Velveeta cheese
    ham, bacon or sausage, cooked
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Spray custard bowl or coffee cup with Pam, then crack egg into custard bowl or coffee cup.
    Break yolk and cover with plastic wrap.
    Poke holes on top of plastic wrap.
    Cook in microwave for 60 seconds (may vary with each microwave).
    Butter English muffin and toast in toaster oven.
    Then place cheese on one slice of English muffin and heat in microwave until melted.
    Then place egg and ham (or meat of your preference) on cheese and then place other side of muffin on that.
    Spread teaspoon of mayonnaise on muffin.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Eat and enjoy!
