Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup (white or dark)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    5-7 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 225\u00b0. In large saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Heat until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda. Stir until mixture foams. Pour over popped corn and stir well to coat.
