Pierogis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cheese to taste
Preparation
    Heat potatoes.
    Roll out dough; cut with glass and fill. Pinch edges with fork and drop if not freezing into boiling water until they come to the top and brown in skillet with onion and butter.
