Olive-Nut Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. salad olives
2 Tbsp. olive juice
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mash the soft cream cheese with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise and blend well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
The spread will be slightly mushy, but after it is refrigerated for a few hours, it will be firmer and of spreading consistency. Besides making a delicious sandwich, this is great on toast or lettuce leaves.
Yields 6 servings.
