Mother'S Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 small can pimentos, chopped and drained
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1/2 c. hot water
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Either grind or put in food processor green pepper; drain and add cheese and grind.
    Dissolve jello in hot water; while still warm, add cheese and stir until smooth.
    Add pimentos, pecans, salt and red and green pepper.
    Grease mold and chill until firm. Unmold to serve.
