Waltenee Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 bottle French dressing
    pineapple-apricot preserves
    pineapple cubes (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Put chicken parts in baking dish.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
    Pour dressing over pieces.
    Dot with preserves.
    Marinate at least 2 to 3 hours.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how tender the chicken is.
    Also, baste occasionally and turn when one side is brown.
    Serve on bed of rice or noodles.
