Chunky Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pt. sliced cucumbers
3 pt. sliced yellow onions
3 pt. sliced bell peppers
1 c. pickling salt
1 gal. water
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
6 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Cover vegetables with the water and salt.
Let set overnight. Drain vegetables.
Bring vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar to a boil.
Add vegetables.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Pack into hot jars and seal.
Put in water bath for 15 minutes.
