Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box Stove Top dressing (chicken flavor)
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Boil zucchini and onion together about 5 minutes; drain.
Mix together the sour cream and soup; add to zucchini.
Mix melted butter in dressing.
Use half the dressing in bottom of large casserole.
Spoon on zucchini and top with remaining dressing. Bake about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly and done.
