Quick Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    2 to 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling water 8 minutes; drain well.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cooked chicken, mushroom soup, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Transfer spaghetti mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
