Chicken Parmagiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    8 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. crushed tomatoes
    1 can Ragu sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Blend the Ricotta with salt, pepper and oregano.
    In separate bowl, mix Ragu and tomatoes.
    Rub chicken with garlic powder and brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons oil, approximately 12 minutes each side.
    Remove and cool.
    Place chicken in baking dish side by side.
    Spoon 1/4 cup seasoned Ricotta mixture and 1/4 cup Ragu and tomato mixture in center of each breast.
    Top each breast with 2 slices of Mozzarella and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
