Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. box long grain and wild rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    16 oz. can Chinese vegetables, drained
    6 lean pork chops
    black pepper
Preparation
    Mix soup and water together in casserole.
    Add rice with seasonings and Chinese vegetables.
    Arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle with pepper.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
