Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. fruit (peaches, strawberries or blueberries)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix everything all together.
    Add fruit.
    Grease and flour tins.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: Makes 2 regular loaves.
