Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Stir in flour and water.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Fold in cheese, broccoli and eggs.
    Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Dot 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 12 servings.
