Low Calorie Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    8 packets sugar substitute
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 9-inch pie pan with Pam spray.
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend 1 minute.
    Pour into pie pan.
    Bake 50 minutes or until center is puffed up.
