Chicken Cutlets With Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken cutlets, sliced thin (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. wine (dry)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. dry basil
Preparation
    Coat cutlets with nonstick cooking spray and place in heated frying pan.
    Saute on both sides for 2 minutes.
    Remove and keep warm.
    Add oil to pan and saute garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
    Add crushed tomatoes and wine.
    Cook for 10 minutes more.
    Place cutlets in pan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
    Serve with white rice.
