Coconut Buttermilk Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix well, then pour into two unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
