Carrot Souffle(Better Than Sweet Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked carrots (2 lb.)
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine in blender.
    Pour into baking dish.
    May garnish with a mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake for 90 minutes at 350\u00b0.
